Stovall and Kerri Weems cleared of fraud allegations by former FBI agent; Global Investigations Firm

UPDATE: OUR NAMES HAVE BEEN CLEARED.
Our name has been publicly and officially cleared from any wrongdoing associated with financial misconduct.
Mr. Tom Simon’s public declaration of our innocence on his personal Linkedin page after his own investigation of us was the final triumph after already being cleared by an auditor, a CPA, and 3 different law firms. Also, we were cleared for ministry back in June of 2022 by an apostolic council of elders, comprised of mature, respected Pastors in our city.
As we have said from the beginning, the defendants fabricated both an “investigation” and a “report” to send to the media to cover up their own illegal and unlawful activities and attempt to destroy my reputation and Kerri’s reputation. This fabricated "investigation" is now debunked.
Our names have been cleared, however the defendants names have not been cleared.
The defendants, will be given the personal respect and dignity that was never afforded to Kerri and I in their now-debunked "investigation".
They will have the opportunity the opportunity to clear their names in a fair, objective and transparent process when they stand trial.

With our names cleared, we are now shifting the focus of this website.
